Storage & Culinary Tips

  • Called 'Asian Spinach'

  • Tat soi wilts easily so store in a sealed plastic bag with a little moisture inside. Soak in cold water for 10 minutes if wilted.

  • Eat within one week of harvest.

  • When searching for recipes for tatsoi, look for recipes that call for spinach or baby bok choy which can be substituted with tatsoi.

  • Delicious raw in salads as well as cooked
