Storage & Culinary Tips

If wilted, soak in very cold water for 10 minutes to revive. Wash in salad spinner and dry only right before consuming.

Keep in sealed plastic bag or tupperware for up to a week.

It's best eaten within a few days, but will keep for up to a week or more.

Spinach is very sensitive to heat and is easily overcooked. When cooking, add spinach in at the very final phase of cooking a dish, and pull off of heat when the spinach turns a very bright green. You can even incorporate into hot dishes after cooking by simply folding the spinach into soups, stews, stir-fries and other dishes.

Delicious in hearty salads paired with berries, goat cheese and balsamic reduction. Also delicious thrown into smoothies.

Baby spinach is ideal raw in salads, but is also wonderful wilted with a warm vinaigrette, folded into a hot omelet, or tossed into a grain salad or lentil salad.
